Regulatory note

Maenpolder operates as a non-custodial mining service: block rewards are paid directly via the Bitcoin coinbase transaction to miners' own addresses. The Operator does not hold, transfer, or convert customer funds. Under current Dutch and EU law (including MiCA, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114), non-custodial mining services are not classified as Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASP) and are therefore not subject to CASP licensing requirements.
